My friend Mathias is a clown - and i mean that in the best possible way imaginable.

He is working as a hospital clown in the kids part of a major hospital in denmark. They wanted to change a somewhat boring and nondescript courtyard at the hospital to a secret magic garden of wonder and play for the clowns and hospitalised kids to explore and enjoy.

Their work is completely insane and heartwarming, and I have the utmost respect for what they do after seeing them in action one day. Took some pictures of the courtyard and came up with this illustration to help further their course to transform the place.
